1. Termless Exchange and Return Conditions:
1.1 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the packaging is in good condition. (Chinese import tariff and freight fees are on customer’s account)
1.2 Product can be exchanged or returned, on condition that the product received is not complied with the required one, and the packaging is in good condition.(Freight fees are on T-motor’s account)
1.3 Product does not operate normally, and the fault is found to be with the quality upon inspection by the technician. (Freight fees are on T-motor’s account)
Remarks: For the case of return, we will contact customer about refund within 5 working days upon the receipt of product.
2. Compensable Service (Freight fees are on customer’s account)
Product will experience warranty void on any of the following conditions. Any cost incurred will be on customer’s account.
1) Damage to Motor or ESC resulting from misoperation or improper propeller match.
2) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from misoperation or short circuit of line and phase.
3) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from user’s refit, disassembly and case-opening etc.
4) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from overloaded flight.
5) Damage to MOTOR or ESC resulting from flight in extreme weather.
6) Damage to MOTOR , ESC or PROPS resulting from misoperation as to crash or hit etc.
7) Product(s) that expire(s) the warranty period.
