1.How do I check the status of my order?
There are three ways to track your order.
1) Go to "User Center" ，click on "My Order" to find out tracking number and delivery information .
2) Login to your T-motor Account to view your status.
3) Contact Customer Service.

2.How do I change items in my order?
You cannot change the items in your order. If you have already paid, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the order for a refund. You can then place a new order.
3.How do I cancel my order?
Sign into your T-motor account and click "My Orders". Click the "refund order" button .
You cannot cancel orders online once items have been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team online by sending an email to email@example.com
4.When will I receive my refund or coupon credit after cancelling my order?
If the order has been paid for: You will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit about 3 working days after contacting our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and receiving confirmation.
If the order has not been paid for: You will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit immediately after contacting our Customer Service team at email@example.com and receiving confirmation.
5.Warehouse processing time: 1-2 days;Shipping time: 5-15 days

7.For orders over USD 300, we use DHL by default to declare to the customs truthfully
